I am 69 years old and I have severe a problem of compression in between the L4 and L5 section of lower side spinal code. From last one I am unable to walk and doing every thing from bed. Presently I am taking Psychotherapy from a local specialist. Kindly advice me for a quick and fast relief what must I do to walk sooner.
