Oil, refined,mustard etc are bad for heart and overall health. What type of food reduces its effect? What type of exercises reduce such ill effects? Avoiding oil is excellent but its not possible for people who have to tour a lot, who have to eat hotel foods etc.

Hi Lybrate user! ghee and coconut oil and all saturated fat are good for heart. And v.low carb and no sugar diet is good for overall body health.
