I am 22 years old. I work 9 hours a day at a desk job and as a result I feel that I have gained weight. I am 5'8" in height and I weigh 65 kgs. My breakfast is not very heavy but dinner happens to be the heaviest. Please help me design a food chart for weight loss.

Take heavy breakfast and avoid heavy dinner.. Avoid junk food and cold drinks.. Take more protein... Sprouts and pulses etc... Do regular exercise... There is no alternative to exercise..
