I take glimepiride 1 mg before half an hour of taking lunch & take Metformin 1000 mg immediate after taking lunch since last 3 years. Please advice that if I choose to take combo pack of glimepiride 1 mg & Metformin 1000 mg from now then what will be the name of this combo pack medicines & at which time of taking lunch before or after it should be taken regularly. Thanks.

Thanks for the query. You can take the combination of Glimepiride and Metformin instead of taking those drugs separately. It is better to take it half an hour before food. Thanks.
