My right wrist and left knee injured from bike accident from 22nd December 2017 and I am continue my treatment through Dr. M.L moong, my wrist is fracture but I'm getting wrist treatment through plaster, and my knee showing swelling, Dr. Says apke knee me water bhar Gaya hai is liye usme swelling hai, and Dr. Remove water from my knee and prescribed medicine, I'm taking medicine till now but I'm getting pain in my knee, and I'm not able to full band of my leg. Please suggest me what suppose to do in this problem.

Your symptoms suggest intrarticular soft issue pathology. Try: 1. Regular knee quadriceps exercises (static) 2. Ice pack application will help 3.Medications like Enzomac forte will help. I strongly suspect you have a ACL or meniscal injury which can be ruled out by a MRI. Take second opinion and get you knee evaluated clinically. Before injury is not ruled. Out, do not bear weight or start walking. Regarding wrist injury, get x-rays done. Also if plaster is loose, you may need to reapply.
