Dear sir/madam i am not a diabetes patient before but yesterday I unexpectedly checked my sugar in home machine which is used in home to check. The result was shockingly shown that 395. Device was working properly no doubt. But there was no major changes in my body except some weight loss .395 it shown but I did?t find any change in my body .what that indicates?

Dear Lybrate user, Diabetes would not show its complications in small period except if it is ketoacidosis. Diabetes is a silent killer. You need to do few more investigations at earliest and consider starting medicines. Your sugar level definitely warranties to start the treatment. Reach me or any other physicians to consider starting medication. Diet modification is also equally important.
