I am 27 year old boy. I have allergy from 8 years. Unknowingly blindly I took Lecope M and omnacortil 10 mg tablet from 1 Year. Recently I came to know It is steroid. Usually from 1 year I took that tablet. Is their any problem on my body because of that taking tablet. How to overcome from it. If I miss the tablet to take 1 day I will completely I don't know d way how to overcome from this. Everyday I supposed to take tablets. If I did not took tablet in a day next day itself not able to do wake up that much headache, Hitching on head, Heart beat at high rate, small rashes on the skin, long time for to sleep, Something happens inside the stomach, stomach pain. Not able to stairs up so much of strain if I ran.
