I am 17 years female living a sedentary lifestyle. For the last 2 years I have increased my weight from 40 to 60 kg. I want to decrease my weight at least 10 kg. Please suggest me how should I proceed?

Do regular exercise,,take oatmeal,, boiled egg,,fruit of ur choice,,in lunch take one bowl rice one chapati chicken,,in evening take nuts,,or sprouts,,,,in dinner take one roti with soup or salad,,this will help,, workout is most important
