I feel so weak and I don't remember things properly or have a habit of forgetting something, Whenever I don't have a meal on time or ignore the meal I would suffer from a headache and get dizziness every time it starts suddenly and wherever I sit I need natural or artificial air. I know I have too much stress but it would be better for me if you help to come out with this or to balance.
