Hi, I am doing work out since last 10 months, but can not see considerable changes. I'm afraid if am facing deficiency in any of the important vitamins, minerals or anything else. You don't have vitamin deficiency.. It is because of smoking and drinking... With these habits don't expect a healthy condition...
