Hi. I am married 1 year back .i went gynaecologist. She said I have multiple small cysts on my left ovary. That is polycystic left ovary. Doctor prescribed me drospirenone and ethinylestradiol and dexona tablets. I used it. But no response. I want to get pregnant early. How to ovulate with in one month. And how to get pregnant with in one month. please give me response early. I have a regular 28 days cycle.
