1. Avoid Skipping food from diet. 2. Have 5-6 meals/day. 3. Eat in every 2-3 hour gap, small and frequent meals. 4. Keep your body hydrated. Drink 4-5lt. Water/day. 5. Track your step. Take at least 1000 steps/day. 6. 2 hours gap between dinner and sleep. 7. Always go for exercise or brisk walking.
