Take green tea for boost your metabolic system in the morning with fibrous biscuits. Before go to gym or go for exercise, take an Apple or Fruit Juice like Apple, Orange juice. Which is Carbohydrate rich and make you free from Exertion. After gymming or exercising take a glass of Banana Shake with Breakfast, and in Breakfast one or two eggs as Egg Sandwitch or Egg roll etc. Means for good muscle and good body you can consume Protein rich diet in the form of Dairy and Egg or meat or chicken products do not consume processed food it gives high cholesterol, liver disease and or heart related problems. Carbohydrated rich food means Complex Carbs consumption like Wheat Chapati 4-5 in a day instead of refind floor, whole fruits, salad carbs rich as well as Fibrous rich. Use functional foods like cinnamon powder, black pepper powder, cumin seed powder, ajwain powder fenugreek seed powder. Instead of taking Raw Salt.
