My Mom is 59 years old and is diagnosed with diabetes recently. Her blood glucose fasting level is 184 mg/dl and blood glucose PP is 272 mg/dl and have been prescribed medicines for the same. She can take all fruits except sweet fruits like mangoes, graps, cheekoo, banana etc. But in moderation. Sweet biscuits should be avoided. Vegetables-Sweet potato and beet roots should be avoided.
