I am 29 years old female. I was married at 25. I have 1 child 4 years old birth by caesarian. Last year we tried for 2nd baby but it was an ectopic and laparoscopy done for me on march 2017. My right side fallopian tube removed. Now may I try for my 2nd baby. I am afraid of ectopic. Is there any different position to have baby with 1tube. Please doc tell me the needful suggestions.

Dear lybrate-user, Conception with one tube is possible but of course the risk of ectopic remains ie. 6-10%, which means that there are almost 90% chances of conceiving normally. You should try without word about that and there is no specific position of trying from a particular tube. You should immediately visit doctor after conceiving to get ectopic pregnancy ruled out. Hope this helps.
