Dear All Doctors ,I'm from south India, Bangalore 35 years working in FMCG company as Sr Manager, I am overweight 89 kgs, my height is 5.8 feet. My present food as follows Morning:- I eat idli/dosa/puri/vada etc Lunch:-Rice meals. Rice with veg or non veg gravy, fish curry/chicken curry/any vegetables curry Dinner:- Dinner also same rice, but just now stopped rice and taking wheat chapati. Some time occasionally night also take rice. Now I want to start Strictly Diet very seriously, Please suggest me the food what all are which I can take. Morning, lunch,Dinner to reduce the weight. Is eggs, fish,chicken are good? Which is increase the weight?
