Sir, Water of rewari is very bad. Then what I do to survive in this. My teeth isnot get cleaned. After brushing layer of teeth not able to clean myself. Please advice.

You need ultrasonic scaling and polishing of teeth by a reputed dentist. If possible drink filtered water. Once cleaning and polishing done, you will feel better and when you learn proper brushing techniques you can maintain it for longer. Use mouthwash twice daily. It will keep another check for dirt deposition on teeth surfaces.

I think Rewari's water have more fluoride content than normal level. That's why you have flurosis problem. You need bleaching or scaling of your teeth. After bleaching/ scaling your tooth colour will be normal white. * use filtered water for cooking food & drinking. And ask your other family members also to fallow this advice.

By bad, I imply that the water contains too much of fluoride, which in the long run, is not good for your teeth and bones. You may wish to change your place of residence and go to an area where the water quality is significantly good. Meanwhile, brush your teeth with any of the over-the-counter available toothpastes like Colgate or Pepsodent and regularly visit a dentist to get your teeth examined. If your teeth already have stains on them or are discoloured (white, yellow or brown), your dentist would be able to suggest you some good teeth whitening options including but not limited to veneers, laminates, composite fillings or crowns.
