I think Rewari's water have more fluoride content than normal level. That's why you have flurosis problem. You need bleaching or scaling of your teeth. After bleaching/ scaling your tooth colour will be normal white. * use filtered water for cooking food & drinking. And ask your other family members also to fallow this advice.

Dear Lybrate User, It's very unfortunate that the water quality of your area is bad. By bad, I imply that the water contains too much of fluoride, which in the long run, is not good for your teeth and bones. You may wish to change your place of residence and go to an area where the water quality is significantly good. Meanwhile, brush your teeth with any of the over-the-counter available toothpastes like Colgate or Pepsodent and regularly visit a dentist to get your teeth examined. If your teeth already have stains on them or are discoloured (white, yellow or brown), your dentist would be able to suggest you some good teeth whitening options including but not limited to veneers, laminates, composite fillings or crowns. Good Luck!
