Normally it should have stopped by now .but you should once consult your surgeon again ,who after examining will be able to exam you better. Is bleeding is minor and because of delayed healing ,he'll put you on conservative treason and your problem would be settled. If you are not satisfied with your operating surgeon ,u can take a 2nd opinion. Piles can be painful and can cause bleeding. Conservative measures like taking high fibre diet ,loads of fruits ,vegetables ,salad and laxatives or allopathic or homeopathic medication after doctor consult can solve your problem temporarily. Definitive treatment is surgical management .laser treatment of piles is the latest modality .it is painless 10 min surgery .there are no dressing post surgery .you would be given a proper diet chart and certain pelvic floor excersies be taught to you to avoid constipation for complete details .you can also consult me through Lybrate for further details.
