I have a fractured left leg since last 7 weeks. I have gained 5 kgs since than, mostly on belly. How can I decrease it?

Hi lybrate-user I would suggest let's fracture healed first properly thn concentrate on weight gain as that more important as of now ,yes you can start exercises in bed and if at all you not allow to bear weight on fracture leg you can walk with walker do not need to everytime lying down or on bed just built confidence in you you will overcome your weight problem nothing need to be done for it.
