My age is 23 male. My hb is 14 and did all my test esr blood sugar thyroid everything went normal. I am feeling weak from last 3 months platelets always come around 1.5 lakh to 2lakh. Firstly I had fever where doctor gave my anti biotic then I was given multi vitamin. My diet is also good but after evening my by body starts feeling lethargic. I use to be very active and fit person. From last 3 months I am feeling weak after sleeping for around 9-10 hour sleep. Kindly help.
