I am 31 yo weighed 98 kgs I have sedentary lifestyle. I haven't going to gym or jog since long back which resulted in excessive weigh gain and low libido. In between I was also facing enormous Stress and Depression. Which leads me to more inactive lifestyle. 4 years back I was weighed same but was very active with good physique. Now I wanna get rid of it. Could you please suggest me the diet for weight loss.
