My daughter is 27 days old. She breathes very heavily. It seems that she is suffering from chest congestion. I visited my doctor twice. Both the times he advised to give her steam and prescribed nasoclear. But the treatment is not working well. She still has the problem. What should I do?

If there is wheezing sound heard from her chest than we should plan for nebulisation after clinical examination.
