My son has over weight I think He is lazy in his studies and regular works. His date of birth is 08/11/2005. Height 4.9 ft. Weight 51.6.kg. If it is over weight which type of food is preferable for weight loss. And what is the normal weight in their age group. Can you give me daily food chart to reduce his weight Note, His mother is also little bit stout not heavy.
