I have DNS to right side with nasal bony spur on right side a along with right maxillary and ethmoidal sinusitis. I had been diagnosed with sinus 8 years back when I was feeling heavy headed and after medication it subsided. But 4 years before I started having severe dizziness and headache which was diagnosed as Migrainous Vertigo. Recently I had started having pain in cheek bones tinnitus in ear with pain on right as well as left side. After which I was diagnosed with sinus and bony spur is my migraine and vertigo anyhow related to the bony spur, dns and sinus? Can the nasal bony spur be cured without operation?
