Zilpers 40 is given by my doctor for BP. I am aged 42 and my BP 165 so first time I have taken tablet. My doctor said its temporary for 8 days. So whether I can discontinue and I am also feeling somehow imbalance while walking but whether it will solve my problem. 4 months back I suffer from vertigo problem also. I tried homeopathy also but not solve problem fully. Please give proper advice.

Please take medicine, control BP. It is must. Then under supervision slowly withdraw. Also life style modification. Low sodium iodised salt, fat free diet ,brisk walking.
