Hi Lybrate user Do light exercise Yoga cycling swimming etc to boost up your digestive power. Take foods in short intervals. Use plenty of dry fruits and fruits. Use Ashawagandha leham 10gm two times a day with milk empty stomach. Take light easily digestable nutrional fiber rich diets. Tc Thanks Regards.
