I was detected with mild lumber scoliosis about 8-9 years ago. Was told My spine is curved a bit on the left probably by birth only but I felt pain after years because of weight gain. Use to get this pain 1-2 a year but did not have it for around 2-3 years now. This time I have it again for the past 9 days and its worst than before. Combiflam helps just a bit but yesterday I went out of the house after 8 days travelled in a cab for around 4 hours and since than its become even bad. Trying hot water bottle too. Was told there is no cure as such for this. Just pain killers whenever it happens. I have noticed this happens to me whenever am not working and am on the bed more of the hours. And this time to, it has happened when I have been sitting at home for a few months. Do I need to visit a doctor again? Or anything else I need to try. Because physiotherapy is someone I can not do for now, the pain need to subside a bit for me to try tht.
