Garam paani 3-4 baar ek ek cup peete rehne se paachan sahi rhe ga khaana khaane k baad aadha chamach ajwain aur aadha chanach saunf khaane ki aadat upar se garam paani bhur laabh kre gi dwa mein soot sekhar ras 3 tab din mein do baar khaana khaane k baad. Avipattikar churan 1 chamach din mein do baar. Yeh start kro aur 20-25 din regular le kar inform back kro.
