I AM A HEALTHY YOUNG MAN OF 32, WEIGHT 80 KG, MARRIED SINCE JANUARY 2017. I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO PERFORM FULL SEXUAL ACTIVITY WITH MY WIFE DUE TO SLOW ERECTION PROBLEM WHICH I WAS UNAWARE BEFORE AND AFTER MARRIAGE TOO AND THE PROBLEM CAME FORTH DURING THE SEXUAL ACTIVITY ONLY. I HAVE NO OTHER PROBLEM. FOR THE LAST 1 AND 1 1/2 MONTHS, I HAVE STARTED TAKING A WALK FOR 40-45 MINUTES, YOGA AND SIMPLE EXERCISES IN GYM. KINDLY SUGGEST SOMETHING SO THAT I COULD PERFORM PERFECT SEXUAL ACT WITH MY WIFE. I CAN SEND TO YOU MY REPORTS FROM LAL PATH ON THE SUGGESTION OF A UROLOGIST AND ANOTHER BY THYROCARE. HERE I WOULD LIKE TO MENTION THAT I HAD A REGULAR DESK JOB FOR 8 HOURS WHICH FREQUENTLY KEEPS ME SITTING ON DESK FOR STRAIGHT 4-5 HOURS SOMETIMES, THE DOCTOR OF IHBAS AND NEUROLOGIST/ENNDOLOGIST SUGGESTED FOR NORMAL EXERCISES (INCLUDING YOGA) AFTER CHECKING THE REPORTS AS REGULAR SITTING AT ONE PLACE AFFECTS THE MUSCLES AND NERVES NEAR THE PELVIC REGION AND NEAR THE PENIS REGION. THESE EXERCISES HAVE REGULARLY BEEN DONE NOW SINCE LAST 2 MONTHS. I DO NOT SMOKE OR TAKE DRINKS OR ANY SUCH OTHER THING KINDLY SUGGEST WHAT ELSE NEEDS TO BE DONE APART FROM SUCH ACTIVITIES AND ALSO, HOW CAN THE DURATION OF SEXUAL ACTIVITY BE INCREASED DURING INTERCOURSE AS THE MAIN PROBLEM EARLIER WAS ABOUT ERECTION AND THE TIME DURATION OF ERECTION WHICH IS GRADUALLY SHOWING A BIT OF IMPROVEMENT AFTER MEDICATION AND EXERCISES. ALSO, KINDLY SUGGEST ABOUT LONGER ERECTION TIME FRAME FOR BETTER SATISFACTION WHICH ALSO INCLUDES INCREASED DURATION OF EJACULATION AFTER SEXUAL PERFORMANCE/INTERCOURSE. My another question is of penis size issue which I feel would be a hindrance as normally, I had heard about sex being enjoyed with a penis of 6 inches or more during erection. Kindly share how the erection time could last long and a quick erection measures and if a penis size helps in better sex satisfaction? Are just normal exercises at home like yoga and walk/run would help and if I need any medication for penis size increase and erection process to be longer? Please suggest if I should share my test results too which were done in a medical institution.

HI lybrate-user, you have started the right treatment. One addition would be to do Kegels exercise! they are known to increase the stamina and help making perineal muscles strong. Stick on the healthy diet with emphasis on having raw tomatoes in your diet. I would also like to know about the medications being prescribed before commenting further.
