I am a non vegetarian and during last 2 - 3 months I have gained my weight from 60 to 66 kg. I want to lose at least 5 kg. How should I proceed?

You need to reduce non-veg, max once in a week. Also reduced packed and outside food including milk and milk products, sugar oil and salt. Eat more natural foods like fruits, veggies, sprouts, nuts etc. Do 30 mins of exercise daily.
