Already asked question of mine! I am having right side stomach pain since 4 months! The pain is in same stage till now. Symptoms 1) if I complete my breakfast or dinner or lunch pain is quite better 2) if I have an empty stomach ,pain starts pinching me severely 3) Its sure that it is not the pain of gaseous 4) I have consulted a general surgeon MBBS, he made a scan to my stomach and the scanning reported that (there is some fluid in right iliac fossa) 5) I am not understanding whats the meaning of minimal fluid in right iliac fossa) 6) he gave me tablets. There are not at all working on my stomach pain 7) I have no vomiting. Still now! my stool is clear 8) do not know why I am getting the pain. It is more severe when I do any weight lifting work! I am too much confused. Is it appendix? If not what are the medicines to use to relieve my pain on right stomach.

As per the information provided it seems that there is some kind of inflammation due to infection in the intestines and which needs to be diagnosed and start with antibiotics and For stomach pain take tablet Meftalspas-Ds eight hourly if necessary and Apart from taking symptomatic treatment Avoid spicy food items and not to eat junk food and we also need to avoid peanuts and potatoes in our daily diet
