I am doing my graduation and I am a hostler. I don't get any time to do exercise and I am gaining weight like anything. May be because of this I'm facing certain problems like back ache and severe hair fall, I'm literally getting bald day by day. So I wanna know whether my problems have something to do with my diet pattern or what diet should I be taking to get rid of my hair fall because it's really a matter of concern for me or rather I should consult a doctor for this.
