Hello lybrate-user If you want to lose weight first drink approximately 2L water in whole day. In morning after you wake up drink 2 glasses of warm water. Avoid tea and coffee as much as you can. Avoid greasy, oily and fast food. Don't skip meals. Do regularly exercise or jogging atleast for half an hour. Thanks.
