Hey doctor, my patient is 53 years old he is a businessman by occupation he is vegetarian (eat non veg occasionally) he is non alcoholic but he is a chronic smoker from last 35 years he takes 3-4 cigarettes per day. He also has history of hypertension from last 10 years he take medicine for HTN. Now he is having fatty liver 7.6kpa and iqr is 0.4.his weight is 106 kg abd ht is around 5 ft11 inch. Let me know what should I do. .is there any serious problem.
