I am in indian military service my bp is 130/90 I am non vegetarian though I don't take red meat .perhaps I have to skip breakfast or lunch .I don't have bloodsuger but my triglycerides are 268 and LDL CHOLESTEROL IS 117. PLEASE SUGGEST ME WHAT WILL I DO NOW THANKING YOU.

Dear lybrateuser, - To lower your BP & triglyceride levels follow some dietary precautions along with regular exercise - have more of fibre containing foods such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains instead of refined ones, beans, lentils, pulses, sprouts, nuts, seeds - restrict salt in diet also intake of pickles, papads, namkeens, alcohol & smoking if you do - avoid fried, processed & junk foods - do regular exercise like jogging, swimming, cycling, do moderate weight lifting twice a week, also yoga & meditation to lower BP & to keep fit.
