Whenever you feel like eating have some flax seeds/pumpkin seeds/nuts. They are rich in fibers which keep you full for longer time.
To lose weight you need to focus upon some basic food plan like cutting down on grains and sugar
. This helps immediately. Avoid processed food. The healthy weight loss diet
