I met with and accident in 2011 and underwent surgery for compartment syndrome and was on bed for 3 moths and then 2012 had another seizure for pcl acl mcl reconstruction. after that I had a pain in knee whenever I walk and extend my knee 180 degree. Further came to know they I have grade on osteoarthritis. I took an injection of hyaluronic acid. But now I have pain under my patella whenever I run and whenever I use stairs.

you are still having meniscus rupture, which can cause pain behind knee. because of OA ,Patella comes in friction with other bones , and pain will come when u walk. do patella mobilization , as well as physiotherapy
