Please suggest me. Difference between Methylcobalamin and Mecobalamin�injections for b12 deficiency which composition is best to have I have 170pg /ml b12 level suggestions please.

There is no difference, both are same, sometimes written in short form as mecobalamin. Vitamin B12 scientific name is methylcobalamin.

There is no difference between both the injections. The terms methylcobalamin and mecobalamin are interchangeable. The short form is mecobalamin and the vitamin b12 scientific name is methylcobalamin.
