Hello To reduce stress you can try mediation and deep breathing exercises to calm your mind. Also try to introspect and look for sources of stress and work towards minimising them. Also one must learn to tolerate some amount of stress and deal with it in effective manner as one cannot always avoid the stressful situations. Try to always look for solutions for problems and discuss with people associated with it and solve the problem. Try to involve yourself in positive thinking.
