I have serious back pain when I wake up in the morning. Which exercises should I be doing?

First take a rest just after wake up from bed. Then then after we allow the extensor group of exercise. If the pain is more even in rest, go for pain killer and then follow the exercise. Need to talk more personally. Pls avoid bending forward and heavy wt lifting. Warm compression We can allow.
At present avoid exercises, take rest and apply local heat, if relieved OK, otherwise consult an orthopaedician physically.
