I am 22 years old and I am very much week even my weight is also very low. I want some suggestion that what I should eat so that I can build up my muscles.

You must have keen look at your digestive fire. Diet is second step first thing is, you must have power to digest your meal properly and absorb maximum nutrion from that. If digestive fire is good then you must take some heavy meals which supports your musle grth. One recipy I will must advice for this is "urad ki daal ki kheer" .
