Avoid MAIDA preprations. Curd preprations (buttermilk allowed) brinjal, lady's finger, bajra. Apple, pomogranate and banana. Spices. Tobacco, alchohol. Have balanced diet. Apply any lubricating material before and after defecation. You can use castor oil, coconut oil, jelly, cream, anything. Hot water sitz bath twice daily. These are general consoderations.
