Stop packed and outside foods. Stay more on fruits, vegetables, legumes nuts & seeds. Reduce intake of sugar, oil, salt, milk products, rice and wheat based food. Have 30 mins of cardio daily. Have 13 hrs gap between dinner and next breakfast.
