Eat good amount of pulses and legunes daily, Have 1banana with milk daily in breakfast. Include milk-700 ml-900 ml daily. 2eggwhites daily, eat plenty of fruits and veggies. Avoid junk and processed food, oily and deep fried foods, refined flour, sugar, sweets etc. For details and weight management (To gain healthy weight) treatment you need to contact me.
