First of all, avoid consuming all outside foods. This includes all junk as well as processed food items.
Eat plenty of fruits and veggies. Eat a breakfast that is rich in proteins. Drink plenty of water, at least 3 litres every day. Have your dinner early and keep it light.
Also, it is important to stay physically active. Even if you don't get a lot of time, do simple exercises such as- taking stairs instead of lift wherever you go, walking a few steps every hour etc.
