I got all tests of liver for hepatitis b. Tests are as follows HBV quantitative DNA 1188 by real time PCR method, HBsAg Quantitative 4635.10 AI, AFP-alpha feto protein 6.9,Sgpt 23, sgot 24, albumin /globulin ratio is 2.63,hepatitis Be specific antigen is Negative, and Hepatitis B core specific antibody is positive. Please guide me for proper treatment.
