Degenerative changes in spine are age related changes. It varies with age ; quality of bone and kind of work you were doing in your life. It dose not mean you have OA. Degenerative changes are x ray finding. They are irreversible. Treatment depends upon kind of complaints you present with also kind of signs and symptoms you show to orthopaedics surgeon.
