Hello All, I am 36 years old. I was doing jog in my schooling and after schooling I skipped due to some reasons. I have started jogging recently before 2 weeks to reduce fat on stomach. When I do jog am getting excess breath even for 100 meters. Actually I am suffering from eosinophilia since childhood. So, can I go ahead for jog or walk is enough. Please advise me.

Yea it is absolutely normal to have early tiredness... Do one thing... Don't start jogging directly.. First start walking... Then gradually increase the speed day by day... And you can consult for Homoeopathic treatment for eosinophilia..
