Hi my problem is I am having motility problems and I am not able to clear wind during bowel movement and I feel fullness after eating little so I have tried Ayurveda and homeopathy medicines but nothing has worked so I need some solution for this I have tried everything but everything in vein so please give some solution or home remedies I will wait for your replying if I get allopathy medicines also I will be happy.

Morning walk daily 3 km. Drink warm water daily. At least 1 month. Take tab gasex 1----1 gelusil mps liquid 10 ml thrice a day.
