Hi, I am diabetic type 2 and try to loose my weight but when I start cutting down my food I feel very upset and always gets angry n unenergise. Which stops me to eating less.

Please do not eat less. Follow this simple formula without compromising on the quantity of food. Follow NLG (No/Low/Go foods) formula. NO foods - that must be avoided, these are all market made, processed and packed foods. LOW foods - Home made foods made of rice and wheat, white sugar, oil and salt. GO foods - those are made by nature life fruits, vegetables, legumes, sprouts, nuts & seeds. This will help you in reducing weight and sugar levels.
